The Lead Software Engineer will play a crucial role in transitioning and implementing Guidewire technologies. • You have extensive programming and development experience, with a strong background in software engineering. • You have prior experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter, making you familiar with the platform's technical intricacies. • You have strong problem-solving skills and can design robust software architecture resistant to failure points. • You bring excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders. • You are a strong leader capable of providing mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to engineering teams.
